📸 If you’ve ever hired a photographer to take your photos, you’re definitely going to want to read this post! Ever wonder what the best ways to save your digital photos are? When it comes to backing up your precious memories, the rule of thumb is: the more backups, the better! Here are some suggestions on how to ensure your photos are protected and can always be viewed: 💻 Local Storage: Start by saving the high-resolution image files to your computer and even some to your cell phone if you want to make a post to social media. This way, you have immediate access to your photos. 💾 Hard Drive Storage: If you want to store your photos locally but not on your personal computer, a flash drive or hard drive is a great solution. I recommend something with at least 16GB or more to have enough storage space for your photos. ☁️ Cloud Storage: Consider uploading your wedding photos to a reputable cloud storage service such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud. This provides an additional layer of security in case of hardware failure or loss. 🖼️ Physical Copies: If you want to take your photo preservation to the next level, you can create physical copies of your favorite prints. Here are a few fun facts about me 👇🏼 ✨ I'm 26 years old and started my photography business after finding a passion for capturing love stories and authentic moments! Although I’ve only been in business for about a year, I’ve been practicing photography since high school ✨ I have a 3 year old rescue pittie named Jason and a 7 month old terrier mix named Harper (You’ll be seeing a lot of them on my stories). ✨ Photography is not my full time job (although I hope it will be someday). During the day I work for a password management company called 1Password, so if you ever need advice on the best practices for managing all your passwords, I’d love to chat! ✨ My husband and I love doing date nights where we play Nintendo Switch Sports. My current high score in bowling is 268! 🎳 (Don’t ask if I’ve ever scored that high in real life LOL) ✨ Big time Fall girly 🍂 I am happiest when the air is crisp and the leaves are colorful ✨ I loooove baking and even made my own wedding cake!
