Okay so I put my legs to work today to see how much I could do for a back squat 1 rep max! My knees were surprisingly pain free after these sets, lets see how it went 👀

I went up by 10lbs per attempt✌🏾

Deadlift variations 🤓

Here are 3 deadlift variations, there are many more & I just chose 3 that I do the most! Try them out & let me know how they go for you🦵🏾

Standard deadlifts:
- Hips in line with knee
- Shoulder width hand grip
- Toes pointed straight
- Drive with both your quads/hammies
- Lift bar from the floor 

Romanian deadlift (RDL):
- Hip hinge
- Shoulder width hand grip
- Toes pointed straight
- Slight knee bend
- Hammie dominant 
- Barbell starts at hip & doesn’t touch the floor 

Sumo RDL (Close grip + incline):
- Hip hinge
- Close grip (in between knees)
- Toes pointed outwards + inclined#
- Slight knee bend
- More glute/abductor activation 
- Barbell starts at hip & doesn’t touch the floor
