I made this on Jan 31, exactly one year after arriving in Spain for study abroad! One year ago today I arrived in Sevilla and met my host family for the first time. I’m so grateful for my wonderful experience and so much of that is due to the amazing friends I made while there! Always so thankful I had the opportunity to study abroad and that my friends, host family, and Sevilla all helped in making it memorable in the best way possible! Much love mis amigas 💞

Next up we have Sevilla! Now I understand I’m a bit biased, but I truly believe Sevilla is one of the best cities in Spain! The architecture, history, and people make for a beautiful city with so much to experience! The Alcazar (Palace) and Cathedral are both must sees! I also really enjoy walking in María Luisa Park to Plaza de España! Both Semana Santa (Holy Week) and Feria de Abril (April Fair) are held in the Spring, so if you want to visit during those holidays or want to stay away from holidays, make sure to look up dates for those while planning! Sevilla has something for everyone! There’s art museums, old buildings, beautiful parks, and fun restaurants. I love Sevilla and I hope you do too!

Spanish City Guide Number 2: Toledo! Honestly, I didn’t get a lot of time in Toledo, so it’s a bit more scarce than some of the other guides. Toledo is an interesting city with history and historic buildings! The cathedral is definitely worth checking out!
