07/30/22 Atlanta Open -  Meet Report

Whew, what a day. Did not know what to expect in my first meet. Super busy day with over 100 lifters in the building - lots of cool people who helped guide me and get me accustomed to what to expect. Hit an easy 495 lbs squat, 370 lbs bench press, and a 575 lbs deadlift (new deadlift PR🔥🔥🔥), which put me in the top 3 for my class! Overall, a day that ended well.

Big thank you to my coach @nikolaisencoaching for the support. And thank you to @buddhabuilder for your help at the meet (really would have been lost without you 🤣🤣🤣)! This is just the beginning, only going up from here 🚀🚀🚀
