Cold Tenuki Udon. 🍜 I didn't make this on the stream, but I haven't posted anything in a while and this felt worth a post because it's lovely and pefeft for a hot summer day. The recipe is from @justonecookbook. I made the homemade soup base and used some seaweed snacks, egg, radish, cucumber, green onion, and tempura as my toppings. 😋

Another beautiful Negroni Sour inspired by @join_jules recipe. I used Bareksten Gin because that is my favorite at the moment. I love the additions of orange juice and simple syrup in the recipe. They mellow out an otherwise bitter drink. Just happy I was able to use my new glasses! 🥰

Red Velvet Cupcakes. I made these as part of a channel point reward and they turned out great! The cake was still moist and you could taste the cocoa. The frosting was a fluffy cream cheese frosting. I brought them into work this morning and they were all gone by the end of the day. 😋
