Batik prints hold a really close place in my heart, not just because the designs are pretty & unique (especially when they are hand-drawn) but also because of my years working with the national carrier ☺️, it hits right at home.

Finally new earpieces that can be hooked onto my ears cos my previous one dropped on the road & got crushed by a car 🥲

FEATURING THE OLADANCE OWS PRO: Not only it's avail in my favourite colour in pearly haze pink 💗, I love that it can be hooked onto the earlobe, yet doesn't cover the ear fully but the sound is so good that external environmental noises doesn't affect the music quality!

I guess the only con is that it cannot block off any insects that incidentally fly into the ear while running 😈

Was really well hydrated last weekend despite the erratic weather ☀️🌦 with @100plus_singapore being the official isotonic partner for TDF Singapore 2023. Besides that, I fulfilled my protein intake easily for muscle recovery with 100PLUS PRO High Protein isotonic drink!

3 decades ago, I don't really give a 💩about what people thought of me, I only thought of my (immediate) pleasure, which was having cake & eating it.

Never really thought about my mental health too..

However, every now & then, I do get worried about what people thought of me, this girl in the mirror & societal pressure of what defines a woman in her 30s. I do get reminders of "fixing myself" to be a "better version of myself" but a friend recently shared with me - sometimes there's nothing much to fix, it's really just about accepting ourselves, our flaws and finding our peace, asking God for the strength to get over the disappointments and regrets in life..

If you are struggling this day, you aren't alone in this and I do pray for strength for you too:)
