My setup definitely isn't as complex since moving to uni, but that only means that I have had more energy to focus on my switch back log...kinda 😂 I've definitely fallen back in love with animal crossing new horizons and been watching hard mode let's plays, which really is how I usually play the game anyways 😅

I forgot how comforting gaming on my switch can be. I've been missing my pc a lot at uni and I'm counting down the days till I can bring it with me, but not having it has definitely made me appreciate my switch a lot more! Sometimes all I need is to bundle up in a blanket, put on some headphones and just escape for a while, and isn't that what gaming is all about? 🥰

Hello my gamer loves, I hope you are well and the start of 2023 has been kind ☺️ as some of you may know I am currently on a new journey, I am now a university student studying wildlife conservation and I have just finished my first semester! I am excited about this new path that I am on and where it's going to take me, but I feel like I've had to leave parts of me behind in order to move forward. Change is necessary sometimes in order to move forward and priorities shift, for a long time I debated on committing to making gaming/social media my career but, I knew that it wouldn't bring me contentment. I am beyond proud of those who have made a living out of their gaming accounts and, being completely honest, part of me is envious too, but to see such wonderful people achieve such success makes my heart shine more than anything else and I wish them nothing but the best! I've missed this account dearly and I sometimes miss who I was when I started it but, I've changed, and it's about time that this account changes with me. Worry not! This is still a gaming account and I will still be posting gaming content on here, but the pressure of trying to create content with the intent of getting sponsors/collaborations is in the past. I will post what I want, when I want, and I hope to reconnect with you all again, as the friends I have made I miss dearly and I hope to reconnect with you ✨ if you've read this message then, thank you - you're a true star and I ask that you comment below with your current favourite game so we can chat, just like old times ☺️🤍

Watching stardew valley playthroughs while playing stardew valley has been such a great way to unwind and relax 🥰 I especially love watching mod playthroughs like expanded and Ridgeside 🍂
